Operations Manager

Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day functioning of all operational departments within the hotel to ensure exceptional guest experiences smooth operations and adherence to brand standards The role involves supervising department heads implementing operational strategies maintaining cost controls and ensuring compliance with safety hygiene and quality standards Key Responsibilities1 Operational Management Oversee daily operations of Front Office Housekeeping F B Security Maintenance and other support departments Ensure smooth coordination between all departments for seamless guest service Review operational SOPs and ensure adherence across departments Conduct regular operational audits to maintain service quality and efficiency 2 Guest Experience Service Excellence Ensure all guest concerns are resolved promptly and professionally Monitor guest feedback through reviews surveys and direct communication Lead initiatives to improve guest satisfaction scores and loyalty Maintain high standards of hospitality cleanliness and guest engagement 3 Staff Management Development Supervise department heads and conduct daily briefings Ensure proper manpower planning and training within all departments Monitor staff performance and provide continuous coaching and feedback Promote a positive work culture and ensure adherence to HR policies 4 Financial Cost Control Assist the General Manager in budgeting forecasting and operational cost control Monitor departmental expenses to ensure alignment with budget Optimize operational efficiency without compromising service quality Identify cost-saving opportunities through process improvement 5 Safety Compliance Quality Assurance Ensure compliance with hotel policies statutory regulations fire safety norms Conduct safety drills hygiene audits and quality checks regularly Maintain coordination with local authorities for necessary approvals and certifications 6 Coordination Reporting Coordinate closely with the General Manager for operational planning and improvements Prepare daily weekly and monthly operational reports Participate in management meetings and support strategic decisions Facilitate communication between departments for problem-solving and workflow improvement Qualifications Requirements Bachelor s degree in Hotel Management or related field Minimum 5-7 years of hotel operations experience including supervisory roles Strong leadership organizational and decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Knowledge of hotel management software IDS Opera or similar Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a guest-first mindset Job Type Full-time Pay 60 000 00 - 65 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
