The IT Executive is responsible for maintaining and supporting the hotel s IT infrastructure systems and networks to ensure smooth daily operations This includes managing hardware software networking data security PMS Property Management System POS IDS Software and other hospitality-related applications The role ensures minimal downtime data protection and efficient technical support for all departments Key Responsibilities Install configure and maintain hardware software networks servers and systems Provide technical support to staff across departments for IT-related issues Manage and troubleshoot PMS POS accounting and reservation systems e g IDS Opera etc Ensure data backup recovery and cybersecurity measures are in place Monitor and maintain IT assets licenses and inventory Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT hardware software support Implement system updates patches and upgrades as required Ensure compliance with IT policies security standards and hotel operating procedures Support CCTV biometric systems telephone systems Wi-Fi and other operational technology Generate IT reports and assist management in IT budgeting and procurement Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree diploma in Information Technology Computer Science or related field 1-3 years of experience in IT support administration hospitality industry experience preferred Strong knowledge of Windows Linux servers networking LAN WAN Wi-Fi and firewalls Hands-on experience with hotel applications IDS Opera POS etc is an added advantage Excellent troubleshooting problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support non-technical staff Ability to work under pressure and provide quick resolutions during system downtime Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 22 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Paid sick time Provident Fund
