HRBPDepartment Function NRCM TechnologyReports to Director -HRLocation NoidaPosition Summary The HR business partner HRBP is an expert in HR and a strategic partner to the assigned business unit The position serves as a consultant to the senior leadership and management on people strategy in-line with business objectives The incumbent is expected to maintain high levels of business acumen for the business line supported its culture competition and financial and operational objectives The incumbent is also expected to drive and implement HR initiatives to increase organizational effectiveness build capability and talent of workforce and team and lead strategy and tactics to positively impact overall business performance and HR metricsThe role also requires strong partnerships across HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees by assessing and anticipating HR-related needs and creating integrated solutionsKey duties Responsibilities Business Partner Develop drive and implement the Business HR Plan for each function supported This item includes understanding the business and people priorities while collaborating with HR and business leadership teams to diagnose and identify interventions needed to improve organizational effectiveness organizational development talent management etc and advance the business results Leadership Consultant- The ability to partner influence and engage with senior business leaders in service of executing business strategies that will further business and organizational objectives Change Agent - Partner with and coach executive-level leaders senior leaders and managers to facilitate organizational and cultural change Educate the business on HR trends that affect the business Acquire business sponsorship for HR initiatives Talent Management- Applying an array of strategic talent management solutions to continuously improve talent acquisition retention assessment development and career professional growth Program Manager -
