Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. - Strong understanding of banking products and services, especially in business banking. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. - Proficient in financial analysis and risk assessment. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously. - Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach. - Familiarity with CRM software and financial modeling tools.
