Company Description TradeCred Private Wealth specializes in providing low-risk, medium-yield fixed income assets to Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNIs), with annual returns ranging from 11-14%. With over 6.5 years of experience, the company has successfully transacted INR 30,000 crores to date with zero defaults for its clients. TradeCred also manages retirement and succession assets for 150+ UHNI families, building strong and long-term relationships. Uniquely, the organization is employee-owned (99% team-held shareholding), with no external VC or PE funding, and focuses on sustainable client partnerships with a 5-10 year horizon. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Mumbai. The Relationship Manager will oversee and nurture client relationships by understanding and meeting their financial requirements. Responsibilities include managing client portfolios, promoting fixed income products, identifying investment opportunities, and delivering tailored financial solutions. The individual will also collaborate with the team to ensure satisfaction, retention, and the expansion of the client base. Requirements Strong expertise in financial services, investment strategies, and portfolio management Excellent communication, relationship-building, and client management skills Proficient in analyzing fixed income products and identifying appropriate opportunities Highly skilled in problem-solving, attention to detail, and delivering personalized solutions Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field Previous experience in wealth management or working with UHNIs is an advantage Ability to work independently in an on-site environment and effectively collaborate with a professional team Experience 1-2 years experience in sales freshers can apply CTC INR 2.4 – 3.0 LPA
