Job Description Your Responsibilities - You are responsible for managing the entire bid process using freelance platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer.com, and ensuring a high level of excellence. - Applicants must have outstanding communication skills, combined with the ability to understand technical concepts and tender questions then provide clear concise responses whilst working to deadlines and targets. - Understanding the technology stack and business of Artesian Software. - Ability to prepare proposals and PPT for job postings containing relevant information. Copy paste proposals won't be appreciated. - Update and maintain profiles of Upwork users by adding projects and skills. - Respond to clients when they reply to our job proposals and schedule a call with the dev team - Daily meetings with business owners and frequent update about the progress - Rotational shifts The Skills you'll need - Extensive knowledge of Xamarin and Xamarin Forms - Knowledge of .NET/C#, JavaScript - Knowledge of version control systems, such as Azure DevOps, GitHub - In-depth understanding of iOS and Android SDKs and Notification Services - Excellent communication skills - Ability to quickly learn and work well under pressure - Knowledge in 3rd party controls like charting, reporting, writing custom listeners, and multi- threading applications. - Knowledge of build and deployment procedures for iOS and Android - Apps. - Writing custom dependencies and services in Xamarin and integrating RFID/Barcode technologies. Good to have skills - Self-starter and highly motivated individual who is prepared to use his/her own - initiative in understanding and following up issues. - Takes ownership and responsibility of problems through to resolution. - Keen to learn business processes and technical skills. - Ability to work under pressure and multi-task when necessary.
