Talent Onboarding and Recruitment Executive - Trainee - HR OperationsWe are hiring freshers (female candidates only) for an exciting opportunity at RPS LLP, Pandeypur, Varanasi. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines. Attention to Detail: Accuracy in maintaining records, screening candidates, and completing onboarding checklists. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR management systems (HRMS) or applicant tracking systems (ATS) is an advantage. Interpersonal Skills: Professional, approachable, and empathetic demeanor when dealing with candidates and employees.
