Job Title: B2B Sales & Key Accounts Manager

Location: Andheri, Mumbai

Industry: EdTech

Compensation: Up to ₹30,000 per month

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives, challenges, and strategic marketing needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
- Own and manage all client communications, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Drive digital campaigns across platforms, ensuring high performance and ROI.
- Manage digital media presence across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and blogs.
- Develop, execute, and manage digital marketing strategies including SEO/SEM to drive traffic and engagement.
- Track digital performance metrics, analyze conversions, and generate actionable insights.

Requirements

- MBA from a reputed business school (mandatory).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, or marketing communications.
- Proven track record in customer acquisition and end-to-end management of digital campaigns.
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM, analytics, and social media platforms.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Self-driven attitude with the ability to manage cross-functional and multi-stakeholder projects.
