Sales Development Specialist

We are looking for an energetic and articulate Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive the top of the sales funnel for our tech-based product. You will be responsible for prospecting, cold calling, and qualifying leads in the Indian market. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, confident in communication, and understands how to initiate meaningful conversations with decision-makers. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and research potential leads through LinkedIn, databases, and other online channels. - Conduct outbound cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads. - Engage with prospects to understand their business needs and pain points. - Qualify opportunities and schedule discovery or demo meetings for the senior sales team. - Maintain accurate records of all interactions and activities in the CRM. - Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and targeting. - Meet and exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets. Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in B2B sales / lead generation / inside sales, preferably for SaaS or tech products. - Excellent English communication skills - both verbal and written. - Strong presentation and interpersonal skills; ability to hold engaging conversations with senior executives. - Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Preferred Skills: - Prior experience in prospecting for enterprise or mid-market clients. - Understanding of enterprise technology, SaaS, or blockchain solutions (a plus). - Experience using prospecting tools like ZoomInfo, Apollo, Lusha, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
