Role: Sales Specialist Experience: 10+ years Location: Bangalore & Chennai Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales Specialists to open new accounts from GIC/GCC/Captive business in India for one of our Client. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving innovation, managing the P&L for India, and scaling our company's capabilities across GCC in India. Responsibilities: Manage the P&L for India, focusing on Captive/GIC business, and drive initiatives to achieve sustainable growth and profitability. Develop and implement strategic plans to scale the company's presence in GCC/ Captives in India. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the Capability and Innovations Hubs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies to stay ahead in the industry. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners. We are looking for (Essential on arrival) Proven leadership experience in Sales & business development, preferably in a similar capacity within the IT and digital services industry Familiarity with the India, GCC/GIC/Captives business landscape. Strong understanding of business operations, P&L management, and experience driving profitable growth. Exceptional strategic thinking and planning skills with a track record of successfully scaling business units. Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Key Competencies: Strategic Leadership P&L Management Global Business Expansion Innovation Management Stakeholder Relationship Management Preferred Qualifications: MBA or equivalent advanced degree in business or a related field. Experience working in a digital services or IT consulting environment. Working Conditions: This is a sales/Hunter role with potential travel requirements.
