Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist, based in Surat. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients, managing the sales process, and delivering product presentations. Additional responsibilities include providing customer training on the RoyalPOS™ system, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining regular communication with customers to address their needs and concerns. Collaborating with internal teams to reach sales targets and reporting progress will be key aspects of the role. QualificationsStrong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and ensure their satisfaction.Experience in Sales and Sales Management to develop, manage, and close business opportunities while meeting targets.Ability to provide Training to clients on technical solutions or applications to ensure they maximize the benefits of the software.Proven organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.Proficiency in using technology and knowledge of the retail or restaurant industry would be advantageous.
