Role Description This is a full-time on-site Sales Specialist role located in Bengaluru. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying potential customers, fostering strong relationships, and promoting the company’s products. Day-to-day tasks include managing sales activities, providing outstanding customer service, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales goals. Additionally, the Sales Specialist will ensure client satisfaction, track feedback, and provide input for improving sales strategies. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for building rapport and understanding client needs.Demonstrated expertise in Sales and Sales Management to achieve targets and boost revenue.Capabilities in Training and mentoring team members to enhance performance and align with organizational goals.Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to adapt to a dynamic market environment.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.Prior experience in the textiles or apparel industry is an advantage.
