Role Description We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in an on-site, full-time capacity based in Vadodara. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, presenting proposals, negotiating deals, collaborating with internal teams, and participating in initiatives to enhance overall business growth. Qualifications - Strong skills in business development, client relationship management, and sales planning - Excellent analytical and market research abilities to identify opportunities and trends - Effective communication and negotiation skills to drive successful partnerships - Understanding of insurance products and industry standards is highly advantageous - Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; MBA is a plus - Prior experience in the financial or insurance sector is beneficial - Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office Suite
