Job Description Business Development Manager BIS (CRS/FMCS) & ISI Certification Sales Company: CorpBiz (Enterslice Group) Corpbiz.io Location: Noida (On-site; client travel as needed) Type: Full-time Experience: 38 years Function: Sales/BD (Regulatory & Product Certification) Role Summary Own revenue for BIS CRS, BIS ISI (Standard Mark), and FMCS across electronics, appliances, toys, batteries, lighting, automotive components, PPE, etc. Drive new logos, expand key accounts, and orchestrate testing labs + internal delivery to hit TATs and margins. What You'll Do - Hunt & Build Pipeline - Prospect OEMs/importers/brands (India & global), leverage LinkedIn, events, labs, distributors, and partner referrals. - Consultative Solutioning - Diagnose product scope, IS/IEC applicability, marking/artwork, factory readiness (FMCS), testing plans, and documentation gaps. - Recommend the right route (CRS vs ISI vs FMCS) with timelines, govt vs professional fees, and risk mitigation. Must-Have - 38 yrs B2B Sales/BD in BIS/ISI/CRS/FMCS consulting, testing labs, or adjacent conformity assessment. - Clear understanding of: scope identification, test plans, documentation, BIS portal, factory audit (FMCS), artwork/marking. - Strong commercial acumen (pricing/margins), negotiations, stakeholder management (client CXOs, labs, internal delivery). - Tools: CRM (Zoho/HubSpot/Freshsales), MS Office/Google Workspace; comfort with virtual demos. - Excellent English & Hindi; additional language is a plus. Nice-to-Have - Exposure to IS/IEC mapping, CB scheme, NABL interfaces, corrective action plans, sample logistics. - Domain experience: Electronics/IT, Lighting/LED, Toys, Battery, Home Appliances, Auto Components, Helmets/PPE. - Active network with BIS-recognised labs and distributors/importers.
