Key Responsibilities: - Develop and expand business with existing and new customers through active participation in exhibitions, events, and conferences. - Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with partners and distributors in the assigned region. - Build and sustain strong business relationships with customers by offering suitable products and services while ensuring timely delivery as agreed. - Monitor market trends and developments to identify new business opportunities with both potential and existing customers. - Collaborate with internal marketing and technical teams to capitalize on sales opportunities, offering customers effective solutions for their business needs. - Support customers during trials of newly developed products, ensuring successful implementation and feedback. - Maintain pricing policies and develop market strategies in alignment with the company's overall corporate strategy. - Coordinate with the credit team to follow up on receivables from customers as required. - Work closely with internal supply chain teams to ensure optimal service conditions for the markets under your responsibility. Desired Candidate Profile: - Minimum 9 years experience in international business, preferably in the Medical Device or Pharma Industry in international sales - Must have team handling experience - Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills with a high degree of accuracy and effective time management. - Ability to travel internationally as required.
