If you are passionate about growth, human connection, and driving change, we'd love to have you on board Key Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth for POSITVTY. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, therapists, and institutional partners. - Conduct meetings and presentations to showcase platform offerings and close business deals. - Understand client needs and provide customized solutions aligned with POSITVTY's services. - Collaborate with the marketing team to create strategies that support lead generation and conversion. - Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities in CRM tools. - Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales or Business Development, preferably in wellness, healthcare, or tech-based services. - Strong communication and negotiation skills with a client-first approach. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
