With partnerships spanning over 12 universities across the country, Emversity drives innovative skilling initiatives to empower students and professionals. The organization operates over 25 skill centers in partnership with the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC). Emversity is shaping the future workforce by providing essential training to meet industry demands. Role Description Lead and execute sales initiatives and offline marketing strategies to drive business growth; proven experience in BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing campaigns is highly preferred. Identify, establish, and nurture strategic partnerships with schools, colleges, and educational institutions to enhance market presence and brand visibility. Manage the end-to-end sales funnel, from lead generation and qualification to conversion and client retention, ensuring achievement of business targets. Demonstrate exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; prior experience in conducting seminars, workshops, or institutional presentations is an added advantage. Possess a minimum of 3+ years of progressive experience across Retail, B2B, B2C, and B2B2C environments, with a strong track record of delivering measurable results.. Qualifications - Business development, client relationship management, and partnerships expertise - Proficiency in developing and executing strategic plans and conducting market research - Strong skills in negotiation, networking, and stakeholder engagement - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and meet targets effectively - Experience in the education or training industry is an advantage - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
