Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager based in Pune, with opportunities for some remote work. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities while strengthening existing client relationships. Daily tasks include market research, creating and implementing strategic growth plans, networking with potential clients, managing client communications, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with the financial planning team to develop customized client solutions, building trusted partnerships, and ensuring long-term client satisfaction. Qualifications - Strong business development and networking skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships - Experience in financial planning, wealth management, or related fields - Proficiency in market research, lead generation, and developing growth strategies - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills - Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines - Proficiency in CRM tools and software, with a focus on managing client data - A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field (master's degree or relevant certifications such as CFP are a plus) - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; understanding of financial products and services
