Job Description About Us RunDMS builds AI call automation and AI workflow automation tools. We're hiring for Votch, our flagship AI voice automation product that enables businesses to automate sales and support conversations using intelligent voice agents. The Role We're looking for a Founding Business Development Manager someone who can open doors, build trust, and bring our AI products to leading businesses. You'll be one of the early members of the team, directly shaping the company's growth strategy. This is a hands-on role with ESOP potential for the right candidate. What you'll do - Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities for Votch across key verticals Automotive, BFSI, Healthcare, and more - Develop deep industry connects with CXOs, innovation heads, and decision-makers - Craft go-to-market strategies, partnership plans, and pilot proposals - Work closely with founders to refine sales narratives and market positioning - Represent the company in client meetings, pitches, and industry events - Build and manage a scalable sales pipeline using Linkedin, CRM and outreach tools What you bring - 58 years of B2B sales / business development experience - Proven track record in selling Tech, SaaS, or automation products - Prior exposure to Automotive, BFSI, or Healthcare industries is a strong plus - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills - Self-starter with a bias for action and comfort working in a fast-paced environment Nice-to-have - Experience in early-stage startups or consultative enterprise sales - Existing network in one or more of our target industries - Comfort with CRM tools, outbound prospecting, and pitch decks - Interest in AI, automation, and voice technologies (prior experience in AI sales is a plus) Location: Flexible Compensation: Competitive salary (potential ESOPs) Seniority: 58 years (Founding team opportunity)
