Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Lead to spearhead Enout's end-to-end marketing efforts. This role will oversee brand strategy, performance marketing, and campaign execution while driving measurable business growth. The ideal candidate is both a creative thinker and strong executor, capable of leading integrated marketing initiatives and elevating Enout's brand presence across digital and offline platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives. - Plan and execute integrated campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels. - Oversee social media, content marketing, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, paid ads, and website management. - Drive lead generation initiatives and track performance through KPIs and ROI metrics. - Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience insight studies to refine strategies. - Manage and mentor a cross-functional marketing team, fostering collaboration and creativity. - Partner closely with sales, operations, and product teams to ensure alignment and consistent messaging. - Build and manage relationships with agencies, vendors, and external partners to enhance campaign impact. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred). - 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B or experiential service industries. - Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand management, and content strategy. - Proven experience in performance marketing, analytics, and campaign optimization. - Excellent communication, storytelling, and project management skills. - Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities. - Creative, strategic, and data-driven mindset. - Experience working with agencies or external partners is a plus. - Exposure to event marketing or experiential branding is an added advantage.
