About the Role

We are seeking a motivatedBusiness Development Executive (IT Sales)to join our growing team atQuickensol IT Solutions. This role is ideal for someone passionate abouttechnology sales, lead generation, and client engagement. As an BDE, you will be thefrontline of our sales teamidentifying prospects, building relationships, and setting up qualified opportunities for our Business Development Managers.

Key Responsibilities

- Research, identify, and generate newsales-qualified leadsin domestic & international markets.
- Engage with potential clients viacalls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Qualify leads based on their requirements and business fit.
- Schedule meetings/demos for the Business Development team.
- Work closely with marketing to convert inbound leads into opportunities.
- Maintain lead and pipeline data usingCRM tools(HubSpot/Zoho/Salesforce).
- Represent Quickensol IT Solutions atevents, webinars, and client interactions.
- Consistently meet and exceedmonthly lead generation targets.
- Stay updated withIT services (Web, Mobile Apps, SaaS, Cloud, etc.)and industry trends.

Requirements

- MBA (Marketing) Freshers or candidates with02 years experiencein Sales/BD/SDR roles.
- ExcellentEnglish communication skills(verbal & written).
- Strong understanding ofIT services / technology solutions.
- Hands-on experience (or willingness to learn)lead generation & prospecting tools(LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.).
- Target-driven mindset with resilience to handle rejections.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client visits.
