Job Description About the Role: We are looking for a driven and articulate Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in promoting and selling premium lifestyle products. The role involves engaging potential customers over calls, introducing them to a world-class lifestyle product, and setting up demos with the client's sales and technical team. If you have experience in telesales or in-store sales for high-end or lifestyle brands and love engaging with customers, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities: - Initiate contact with potential customers via calls and digital outreach ( includes cold calling as well) - Present and position premium lifestyle products effectively to target audiences - Qualify leads and schedule demos with the internal sales/technical teams - Nurture leads through the sales funnel, ensuring consistent engagement - Conduct research and data mining using tools such as LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and CRM platforms - Maintain accurate lead and activity records - Understand and represent the brand tone and values of premium lifestyle products Requirements: - Graduate (full-time degree is mandatory) - 13 years of experience in telesales or in-store sales (preferably with premium or lifestyle brands) - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - Tech-savvy with the ability to use CRM, data research, and outreach tools - A passion for lifestyle products and understanding of premium brand positioning - Reliable internet connectivity and access to a working laptop/computer and phone Why Join Us: - Opportunity to represent globally admired lifestyle products - Work remotely with a dynamic and growth-oriented team - Attractive incentives for meeting targets
