Qualifications and Skills

- Proficiency in sales performance metrics (Mandatory skill) to monitor and enhance sales efficiency.
- Expertise in management information systems (MIS) (Mandatory skill) to manage and interpret data effectively.
- Knowledge in competitive intelligence to understand market trends and competitors strategies.
- Strategic planning capabilities to develop long-term sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Strong background in business development to identify and create new business opportunities.
- Experience in account management to nurture and grow client relationships.
- Understanding of human resources principles to manage and motivate sales teams effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve organizational sales targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitors performance to refine sales approaches.
- Use sales forecasting techniques to predict sales performance and prioritize resources.
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
- Manage MIS to ensure accurate and timely data reporting and analytics.
- Collaborate with business development teams to identify new business opportunities and growth markets.
- Maintain and grow client relationships through effective account management strategies.
- Work with HR to recruit, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve high performance.
