Key Responsibilities:1. Talent Acquisition:
- Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and create effective job descriptions.
- Source candidates through multiple channels (job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, etc.).
- Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles.
- Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) and provide regular reporting to leadership.
- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth candidate-to-employee transition.
2. HR Operations:
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee data management, HRIS administration, documentation, and compliance.
- Design, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with labor laws and industry best practices.
- Oversee the performance management process, ensuring regular evaluations and development plans.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs in coordination with finance.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).
- Maintain and audit employee records, contracts, and files.
3. Employee Engagement & Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employees for HR-related queries, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Foster a positive work environment and organizational culture through engagement initiatives and communication strategies.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data to recommend retention strategies.
4. HR Strategy & Analytics:
- Support strategic HR initiatives such as workforce planning, succession planning, and diversity & inclusion.
- Generate and analyze HR reports and dashboards to provide insights and drive decision-making.
- Contribute to organizational development initiatives, including change management and leadership development.
Required Skill Sets:
· 5+ years’ experience with PG Degree in Human Resource Management
· Demonstrated ability to improve employee morale
· Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills
· Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
· Excellent decision-making and analytical skills
· Ability to take quick decisions while working in a fast-paced environment
· Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems
