About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven professional to join us as a  Sr. Manager/Manager – Human Resources . This role requires someone who can lead end-to-end HR functions, with a strong focus on  talent acquisition, performance management, and operational HR activities  to support organizational growth and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead  Talent Acquisition  across levels: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding to ensure the right talent fit.
Drive the full  Performance Management Cycle : KRA setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals.
Implement and manage  employee engagement programs  to build a positive and motivated work culture.
Support in  attendance, payroll coordination, grievance redressal, and exit processes .
Regularly review and update  HR policies and SOPs  in line with best practices.
Generate and maintain  HR dashboards, MIS, and reports  to support decision-making.
Mentor and guide junior HR team members (if any).
Support  employer branding initiatives , including social media, internal communications, and PR coordination.

Requirements:
4+ years of experience  in an HR Generalist role.
Strong expertise in  talent acquisition, employee grievance & engagement and performance management .
Good understanding of  HR compliance, labor laws, and reporting requirements .
Excellent  communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills .
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
