Role Description This full-time hybrid role of a Regional Sales Manager is located in Chennai, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities in the assigned region, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include overseeing the sales team, building and maintaining customer relationships, conducting market research, and identifying new business opportunities. The role also involves presenting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and product delivery. Qualifications - Proficiency in Sales Management, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management - Strong market research and strategic planning skills - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Leadership and team management abilities - Experience in the machine tools or manufacturing industry is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Willingness to travel within the designated region
