Key Responsibilities - Client Acquisition Identify target and acquire new clients in need of IT staffing services contract contract-to-hire and permanent placements - Business Development Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand the client base - Relationship Management Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients ensuring satisfaction and repeat business - Lead Generation Leverage networking cold calling email campaigns and social media to generate qualified leads - Proposal Contract Negotiation Prepare proposals respond to RFPs RFIs and negotiate terms with clients - Market Intelligence Stay updated on IT industry trends talent demands and competitor offerings - Collaboration Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure successful delivery of candidates and service fulfillment - Reporting Maintain accurate sales pipeline records and provide weekly monthly reports to leadership Qualifications - Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or related field MBA preferred - 4-8 years of experience in IT staffing or technology sales - Strong network of contacts within mid-size to enterprise-level clients especially in the UK EU or ME - Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills - Familiarity with applicant tracking systems ATS CRM tools e g Salesforce and MS Office - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Preferred Skills - Knowledge of emerging IT technologies cloud cybersecurity DevOps data science etc - Experience selling into specific verticals such as BFSI Healthcare Retail or Manufacturing - Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment - Exposure to VMS MSP environments is a plus ref updazz com
