Business Unit Retail Banking Sub Unit Relationship Service ManagementRole Channel Manager Grade AVPCtc- 12 Lpa to 16 LpaLocation MumbaiType of Activity Roles and ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities - Ability to understand coordinate with RMs PBs BMs on channel process- Ensure proper understanding of goal sheet is given to RMs - Addressing all frontline queries related to mapping systems process products and propositions and incentives and also discussion with fincon for all Incentive queries and provide end to end solution - Liaison and Update portfolio and customer mappings at regular interval- Validating RMs without portfolio to ensure no RM without portfolio by highlighting RMs hired in branches with no budget and taking corrective measures to move them to branches having vacant portfolio- Drive RM EUIN IRDA Certification- Publishing success stories of RMs doing exceptionally well on product parameters on a regular basis Periodic RM appreciation across all products- Monthly Channel engagements with RMs PBs driving the monthly operating plan and new campaign- Highlighting hiring status with gaps and sharing feedback with regions corrective measures - Monthly Onboarding Training for New Joiners taking them through bank processes systems Giving a brief of the role of an RM and expected behaviour - Driving RMs to complete mandatory training modules assigned by YSB and Program Teams- Product training for RMs through webex covering new products new campaigns and referesher trainings to drive product cross sell - Regular addition of new PB RM to their respective DL IDs- Dipsticks surveys with frontline- Able to prepare the MIS at each leg - Campaign Level MIS - Process Level MIS- Channel Level MISInterested Candidates Your Updated ResumeHR Jyoti6265143779 ref updazz com
