Job Description Description We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities - Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive growth. - Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders. - Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs. - Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients. - Collaborate with the marketing team to align business development efforts with marketing strategies. - Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets. - Provide feedback to the product development team based on client interactions. Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - 1-2 years of experience in business development or sales (preferred). - Strong understanding of market research and analysis techniques. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong negotiation and closing skills. - Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
