Responsibilities - Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and social media. - Maintain relationships with existing clients and partners to ensure their needs are met. - Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities in the industry. - Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and stakeholders. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development strategies with organizational goals. - Track and report on business development activities and results. Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - 1-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). - Ability to analyze market data and identify trends. - Excellent negotiation and presentation skills. - Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
