Job Description

Title :- Unit Sales Manager- Health Vertical ( )

Location :- (Delhi - NCR)

Minimum Experience: 1-7 years

Qualification: Graduation (Any stream)

Type of position: Full Time

Industry preferred :- SAHI, LI, GI, Banking, Pharma, Telecom, Mutual Funds

Job Responsibilities: -

- Responsible for driving health insurance business through agents via tele sales and virtual platforms
- Recruiting agents and providing regular training for selling insurance policies
- To maintain profitability through digital agency.
- To build a strong distribution channel.
- Licensing, tracking and activation of the agents
- Maintaining sound relationships with the agents and provide regular product and process training to them
- Playing the role of a problem solver and actively resolve issues and queries

Preferred Candidate Profile

- At least 6 months of on field sales experience in Agency/any Insurance product.
- Graduation is mandatory, candidates holding Diploma or Part Time degree certificates will not fit in criteria.
- Candidates with an operating background will not be fit for this job profile
- Need to work on 100% on-field for sale of health policies.
