We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic freshers to join our IT team as Customer Relationship Executive. If you have strong communication skills, a basic understanding of computers, and a passion for interacting with clients – this role is for youPosition Overview: A Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) is responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting business growth through excellent service and communication. The role requires understanding customer needs, providing solutions, and acting as the primary point of contact between the company and its clients. This position plays a vital role in enhancing customer loyalty, resolving queries, and creating opportunities for repeat business through consistent engagement and personalized service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Relationship Management Build strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers. Maintain regular communication with clients through calls, emails, and in-person meetings. Understand client needs, preferences, and expectations to provide tailored solutions. 2. Customer Support & Service Respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues. 3. Sales Support & Business Development Assist in identifying potential customers and generating leads. Cross-sell and upsell products/services to existing customers. Support sales teams in achieving revenue and business growth targets. 4. Customer Onboarding & Training Guide new customers through the onboarding process. Provide product demonstrations or training sessions if required. Ensure customers are comfortable using products or services effectively. 5. Feedback Collection & Analysis Gather customer feedback to assess satisfaction levels and identify improvement areas. Prepare reports and present findings to management for decision-making. Use customer insights to enhance service quality and customer experience. 6. Documentation & Reporting Maintain detailed customer records, including interaction history, preferences, and complaints. Prepare periodic performance reports on customer relationship metrics. Ensure data accuracy in CRM systems. 7. Retention & Loyalty Programs Implement customer retention strategies and loyalty initiatives. Monitor client accounts for churn risk and take preventive measures. Organize events, offers, or campaigns to strengthen customer engagement. 8. Coordination with Internal Teams Work closely with sales, marketing, operations, and technical teams to fulfill customer needs. Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal departments.Key Skills & Competencies: 1. Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to convey complex information in a simple, clear manner. 2. Customer-Centric Mindset Strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to provide personalized service.
