Supervisor - Starting Salary Shall be ₹15,000 per month - Accommodation at Bhubaneswar and fuel will be provided by the company- Requirement: The Candidate must have Own 2-wheeler - Job Location: BhubaneswarKey Responsibilities 1. Team Leadership & Management Supervise and guide team members to ensure work is performed accurately, efficiently, and on time. Assign daily tasks, set clear expectations, and monitor employee performance. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, share updates, and address concerns. Coach and mentor employees to improve skills and productivity. Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions in coordination with HR. 2. Operations & Workflow Management Plan and organize daily work schedules based on workload and deadlines. Monitor workflow to ensure adherence to processes, quality standards, and safety guidelines. Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies and implement corrective actions promptly. Ensure proper utilization of resources including manpower, materials, and equipment. Coordinate with other departments (production, sales, logistics, customer service, etc.) to achieve organizational goals. 3. Quality Control & Compliance Conduct regular inspections to maintain product or service quality standards. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and statutory requirements. Report non-conformities and implement remedial measures. Collaborate with quality assurance teams during audits and reviews. 4. Reporting & Documentation Maintain accurate records of team attendance, productivity, and other performance metrics. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for management on operational status and issues. Document incidents, accidents, and near misses following company protocols. Keep records of inventory, supplies, and equipment usage as required. 5. Training & Development Conduct orientation and training sessions for new hires. Identify skill gaps and arrange necessary training or workshops. Promote a culture of continuous learning and safety awareness. 6. Customer Service & Client Interaction Address customer complaints or queries promptly and escalate unresolved issues. Ensure team members maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
