**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Assigning responsibilities to production employees.
- Coaching employees and maintaining daily attendance.
- Supervising and monitoring employees.
- Conducting reviews for personnel performance.
- Compiling production records.
- Estimate production output and report daily to higher authority.
- Ensuring all equipment is functioning properly.
- Preparing work schedules.
- Maintaining Quality Service and Hygiene.
- Ensuring production plan are completed in time.
- Communicating with other manufacturing department.
- Identifying and troubleshooting production issues.
- Ensuring and maintaining safe work environment.
