**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical equipment in the DRI plant.
- Monitor plant machinery, including compressors, conveyors, cooling systems, and rotary kilns.
- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards.
- Coordinate with production and electrical teams to minimize downtime.
- Maintain inventory of spare parts and oversee procurement processes.
- Train and mentor junior technicians and maintenance staff.
- Prepare reports on maintenance activities and equipment performance.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Education**: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum **5 years** in mechanical maintenance, preferably in a DRI plant or steel industry.
- Knowledge of **rotary kilns, compressors, pumps, conveyors, and hydraulic systems**.
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting and leadership skills.
