Plumbing Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate plumbing activities on construction sites.
- Plan and schedule plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Review project plans and specifications to determine plumbing requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Train and mentor plumbing technicians and apprentices.
- Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or delays.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure work meets company standards.
- Manage inventory and procurement of plumbing materials and equipment.
- Prepare reports and documentation as required.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Plumbing Supervisor/Engineer in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and techniques.
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
- Valid plumbing license or certification preferred.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
