**Years of Experience**: 5-6 Years for B Tech Holder)/7-8 Years for Diploma Holder in manufacturing industry

**Nature of Experience**:Cement Industries

**Essential Skill**:Knowledge of SAP

**Desirable Skills**:

- Analytical Skill
- Good Operating in Excel
- Power point presentation, etc.
- Organizing and coordinating operation and maintenance activities, manpower planning, spare parts management and execution of improvement / modification jobs in Packing plant for ensuring maximum plant availability and bringing cost optimization through productivity improvement to meet budgeted dispatch targets adhering with UTCL safety standards.
- To ensure optimum availability of Packing Plant throughout the year and systematic implementation of maintenance schedule to achieve production targets.
- Ensure implementation of IMS through the involvement of employees for improving plant performance and quality standards.
- Supervise & coordinate all the Mechanical activities of packing plant to maximize the plant availability to achieve continuous production as per targets.
- Build & sustain a conductive work culture within section to enhance productivity of section through involving people for growth & motivating them for implementing new technology, innovation, creative things by way of replicating best and unique practices.

Bachelor Of Technology,Diploma in Mech. Engg.

**Minimum Experience Level**:
5-6 Years
