Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise Operations: Oversee daily furnace and extrusion line operations, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to production schedules.

Team Management: Lead, train, and manage a team of operators and support staff, fostering a collaborative work environment and promoting safety awareness.

Workforce Planning: Allocate manpower effectively based on production needs, ensuring all shifts are adequately staffed and operational requirements are met.

Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate product quality during the heating and extrusion processes, making necessary adjustments to maintain specifications.

Maintenance Management: Coordinate regular maintenance activities for both furnaces and extrusion lines, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure timely repairs to minimize downtime.

Safety Enforcement: Implement and uphold safety protocols, conduct safety training sessions, and participate in safety audits to ensure a safe working environment.

Process Optimization: Analyze furnace and extrusion line performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of operations, maintenance, safety checks, and production metrics for reporting and compliance purposes.

Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in a relevant field preferred.

Experience: 5-8 years of experience in furnace operation and extrusion processes, with proven experience in managing teams in an industrial setting.

Skills: Strong technical knowledge of furnace systems and extrusion lines, excellent leadership and team management skills, effective communication abilities, and a solid understanding of safety regulations and best practices.

Working Conditions:
Work in an industrial environment with exposure to high temperatures. Compliance with safety standards and use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory.
