Eligibility: Graduation with 50% marks, basic English proficiency.Training: 2 weeks Pre training Salary Range: ₹2.08 LPA – ₹2.88 LPA.Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales and Customer Acquisition Identify potential customers through cold calling, field visits, references, or walk-ins. Explain bank products clearly and match offerings to customer needs. Open savings and current accounts and promote other retail products. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the bank. 2. Cross-Selling of Financial Products Actively promote cross-selling opportunities such as personal loans, insurance, debit/credit cards, and investment products. Educate customers on product features, interest rates, fees, and benefits. Guide customers through application processes and documentation requirements. 3. Relationship Management Maintain strong and long-term relationships with new and existing customers. Provide excellent after-sales support to address queries and ensure customer satisfaction. Resolve complaints or escalate issues to the branch manager or support team. 4. Market Research and Lead Generation Conduct local area marketing (LAM) activities like kiosks, camps, flyers, etc. Generate leads through campaigns, referrals, and database calling. Keep track of market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback. 5. Compliance and Documentation Ensure accurate and complete documentation for all banking products. Follow KYC (Know Your Customer), AML (Anti-Money Laundering), and other regulatory guidelines. Ensure data confidentiality and adhere to ethical selling practices.Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Sales-driven mindset with goal orientation. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
