About the Role

We're Scale.jobs, a small but mighty team on a mission to shake things up in how people find and build their next career move. We're looking for someone bold (and a little scrappy) to come in and own our B2C sales engine end-to-end. You'll be working directly with the Founders and leading how sales at Scale.jobs is designed, executed, and scaled.

What you'll actually be doing

- Take complete ownership of the B2C sales channel - design, build, and scale it.
- Drive both outbound and inbound sales.
- Lead cold-calling efforts and keep the hustle alive.
- Build and deliver a qualified sales pipeline with high conversion to revenue.
- Partner with the marketing team to fuel and own the lead generation pipeline.
- Design and execute go-to-market plans and innovative demand generation campaigns.
- Build and lead the sales team as we scale – hire, coach, and mentor future sales rockstars.

- Proven experience in successfully generating sales and delivering pipeline.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strategic mindset + hands-on execution (calls, follow-ups, demos… the whole deal).
- Excited to set up and grow a sales team from scratch.
- Open to experimentation, growth-minded, and thrives in close collaboration with founding teams.
