Job Title Sales Marketing Head - Textile Apparel Retail Job Purpose To drive revenue growth enhance market presence and strengthen brand positioning by leading sales and marketing strategies across retail wholesale and digital platforms in the textile apparel segment Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy Execution Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly annual revenue and profitability targets Expand retail footprint monitor store-wise performance and optimize product mix for maximum ROI Build and maintain strong B2B distributors wholesalers and B2C retail customers networks Marketing Branding Drive integrated marketing campaigns across digital ATL and BTL channels to enhance brand visibility Plan seasonal promotions festival campaigns and new product launches Ensure visual merchandising and in-store branding aligns with brand identity Market Research Consumer Insights Track industry trends competitor activities and consumer preferences Recommend product improvements and new designs based on market demand Team Leadership Development Lead and motivate sales marketing teams to achieve performance targets Build training modules for retail staff to improve product knowledge and customer experience Digital E-Commerce Growth Strengthen presence across marketplaces Amazon Myntra Flipkart and brand-owned e-commerce portals Implement social media influencer marketing and performance marketing strategies to boost online sales Key Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of retail textile apparel trends pricing strategies and consumer behavior Proven expertise in retail sales expansion branding and digital marketing Leadership negotiation and relationship management skills Analytical mindset with ability to convert insights into strategy Qualifications Experience MBA PGDM in Sales Marketing or Retail Management preferred 10-15 years of experience in Sales Marketing with at least 5 years in a leadership role in Textile Apparel Retail Experience in handling large-format stores franchise networks and e-commerce will be an added advantage Job Type Full-time Pay 14 540 29 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Ability to commute relocate Tiruvarur Tamil Nadu Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Education Bachelor s Preferred Location Tiruvarur Tamil Nadu Preferred Work Location In person Speak with the employer 91 7030395838
