Job Title - Manager Senior Manager - Demand Generation Role Performance Marketing Marketing Automation Location Bangalore Hybrid Work 24 7 ai is a global leader in digital business services and Customer Experience CX solutions driving innovation and delivering measurable results for over 24 years Trusted by the world s top companies we provide end-to-end CX transformation that elevates customer satisfaction and loyalty We are gearing up for aggressive growth in North America EMEA and other forward-looking markets We have reached a certain point in our journey of 24 years Now for the next phase of our growth journey we need a Marketing Rockstar who spearheads all demand generation activities and supports sales teams to grow the business In this pivotal hands-on role you will be driving our campaigns organically and inorganically Google LinkedIn etc The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the B2B SaaS industry and a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools You will oversee the operational efficiency of our marketing department manage email marketing campaigns through Marketo and similar tools and optimize digital marketing efforts to drive business results You will also play a strategic role in planning managing overseeing the execution of digital marketing projects across geos Key Responsibilities Include Develop execute and optimize comprehensive multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and drive customer acquisition Develop and execute demand generation campaigns across channels like email social media third party listing platforms TrustRadius Capterra G2 etc and online webinars Designing automating email marketing campaigns using advanced features of Marketo and similar tools Leading the technical implementation of marketing automation workflows strategies to align with business objectives Manage campaign execution including A B testing lead nurturing and lead scoring Designing implementing monitoring KPI dashboards to track marketing campaign performance Conducting deep analysis of marketing campaign metrics using advanced tools frameworks to generate actionable insights strategies Manage and deliver on the key acquisition metrics on Web and Social Google LinkedIn Etc Work closely with leadership and sales team to drive revenue subscription revenue and transaction volume and optimize revenue funnels Support customer marketing efforts to drive platform adoption and cross-sell and up-sell of products Collaborate with external agencies to enhance marketing efforts and increase reach Support all your marketing activities with solid financial and performance analysis Collaboratively work with the sales marketing and product teams to develop lead generation strategies to generate lead opportunities with prospective customers Demonstrates commitment to the technology industry and staying educated on the new MarTech tools innovations and trends Hands-on execution of campaigns Qualifications Required 6-10 years of experience in B2B marketing with a focus on SaaS or technology industry Experience designing automating email marketing campaigns using advanced features of Marketo HubSpot other tools Proven track record of successful campaign development and execution in PPC and LinkedIn paid social campaigns Understanding of the relationship between a marketing automation platform Salesforce regarding how campaigns data is synced as well as the field mapping processes Experience with marketing tools and platforms HubSpot Hootsuite Marketo SEMrush etc and CRM systems Salesforce Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools Google Analytics etc Hands-on experience with marketing technology integrations analytics automation tool Tech startup experience is good to have Marketing experience in BPO contact center software digital customer service or related industry is preferable You are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment at ease and calm with frequent pivots in priorities You have an ownership mentality and global perspective About 24 7 aiFounded in 2000 24 7 ai is a global leader in intent-driven Customer Engagement solutions We are redefining the way companies interact with consumers We combine Artificial Intelligence with Human Intelligence to substantially improve customer experience Our clients include more than 250 of the world s largest and most recognizable brands across 12 industries We hold more than 150 patents and patent applications including several specifically related to Artificial Intelligence and customer experience Why Join 24 7 ai We ve been certified as a Great Place to Work for 6 years in a row 2019 to 2024 Key values we live by Respect Ownership Transparency Teamwork Results Check out our Website and Social Media Pages India Global India Handles Website Facebook LinkedIn Instagram X https x com 247ai IndiaYouTube Glassdoor Page Global Handles Website Facebook LinkedIn X
