- Senior ERP Systems Manager Who are we MarketOne International is a global provider of marketing services helping companies identify new prospects develop sales lead programs and convert new business Our wide array of services includes contact database development event recruitment automated marketing sales lead development primary market research and Lead Lifecycle Management MarketOne serves leading technology companies around the globe including 8 of the 10 largest tech companies in the world With delivery capability across Europe Asia Pacific and the Americas MarketOne has fast become the go-to partner for large-scale global marketing initiatives that rely on sophisticated demand generation programs Our corporate track record features fifteen consecutive years of growth and profitability As a Senior ERP Systems Manager you ll have a crucial role in helping our internal and external customers achieve success by managing relationships and responding to their questions and service requests You aren t afraid to get your hands dirty to tackle any issues and you ll work very closely with the global support team CIT to prioritize and resolve issues Must Have Bachelor s degree and 6 years experience in a technical role with a Minimum of 4 years of Functional Business Systems ERP CRM experience Experience working integrating Marketing Automation Data into the CRM layer Proficiency in designing and delivering Financial Marketing and Sales reports Demonstrated proficiency in configuration and functional setup for ERP systems Experience in development including workflows and custom scripts Knowledge of security and permissions in both financial and CRM Demonstrated knowledge of accounting principles and how they are reflected in the general ledger Experience with APIs REST SOAP for system integrations Managerial skills Hands on experience in ERP CRM such as NetSuite OpenAir MS Dynamics etc Hands on experience in Reporting Analytical Software Tool PowerBI KlipFolio etc is a plus Job Responsibilities Manage the Business Systems team and ensure SLAs are met Coordinate and deliver day-to-day support requests Work with business users and responding to functional questions and or inquiries Help users get familiar with ERPs functionality as needed Assist in reviewing and troubleshooting technical problems Work with Technical Support as needed to resolve problems Document the resolution to common issues and update the internal Knowledge Base Work with internal teams on managing and delivering projects including the following Work with users on identifying key improvement areas and documenting requirements Plan estimate and execute the delivery of end-to-end solutions Configure ERPs CRMs to meet the specifications of the project s in question Coordinate and or assist with user acceptance testing to ensure the quality of the deliverables Communicate project status with internal key stakeholders Powered by JazzHR
