Job Title ERP Executive Department Process Excellence Industry Aerospace Defence Electronics Manufacturing Location Bangalore Reporting to Manager Process Excellence The ERP Executive will lead the end-to-end implementation of Odoo ERP ensuring seamless data migration system customization and real-time reporting across departments like Production Inventory Sales and Finance The role demands strong hands-on experience in Odoo modules strong process understanding and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external implementation partners Requirements Key Responsibilities 1 End-to-End of Odoo ERP Implementation Configure customize and deploy ERP modules tailored to our manufacturing workflows and Industry compliance requirements Align ERP functionalities with production inventory finance sales and procurement operations 2 Cross-Department Collaboration and Training User Support Liaise with Production Stores HR Accounts and Sales teams to digitize manual processes and streamline operations via ERP Serve as a SOPC for ERP-related support conduct hands-on training sessions for employees across departments 3 Process Design Optimization Analyze existing workflows identify inefficiencies and implement scalable ERP-based solutions Integrate operational best practices into the system design to improve accuracy and productivity 4 Reporting Dashboards Design and maintain real-time dashboards and automated reports to help management monitor performance resource utilization and process efficiency 5 Documentation System Maintenance Maintain updated documentation for workflows customizations and user manuals Troubleshoot system errors perform updates and coordinate with ERP vendors as needed Key Skills Competencies In-depth knowledge of Odoo modules Inventory Manufacturing Sales Purchase HRMS Accounting Experience in Odoo implementation in electronics or hardware manufacturing is highly desirable Strong understanding production workflows and assembly processes Technical skills Python scripting for customizations PostgreSQL for backend data handling Excel Power Query Grafana or Odoo BI for dashboard creation Excellent communication skills analytical mindset with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and process improvement Benefits Qualifications Experience Education Bachelor s degree OR MBA Experience Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Odoo implementation and customization Prior exposure to manufacturing sector processes particularly in electronics and defence Strong background in system integration and MIS reporting Certifications preferred Odoo Functional ERP Implementation or Data Governance Certifications
