About the job

We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable ERP Admin to join our team. As an ERP Admin at Presidency University, you will play a critical role in helping faculty and students. You will work closely with faculty and students, provide expert advice, and ensure they leverage our solutions to achieve their goals. Your efforts will directly contribute to transforming education and enhancing learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Strong Knowledge on Educational ERP system.
  • • Understand the unique needs and from the departments and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • • Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and workshops for end users.
  • • Provide ongoing support and consultation to faculty and students.
  • • Build and maintain strong relationships with departments, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact.


Qualifications:

  • • Preference for any of these bachelor’s: BCA/B.com/BBA or Any Bachelors Degree.
  • • Knowledge of English, and Kannada, enabling effective communication.
  • • Strong understanding of educational processes and challenges.
  • • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
  • • Experience with Educational products and familiarity with educational technology trends is a plus.
