We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building strong customer relationships, driving sales, and contributing to the growth of our education platform. This is a target driven role where you will primarily engage with potential customers, including students and parents, through telephonic communication to promote and sell our services.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with Prospects: Establish and maintain meaningful connections with potential customers (students and parents) primarily via phone calls.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with new clients while maintaining and nurturing connections with existing clients to ensure long-term customer retention.
- Achieve Sales Goals: Work in a target-driven environment, focusing on meeting and exceeding sales and revenue growth targets.
- Tele-calling: Conduct outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our offerings and persuading them to purchase our services.
- Meet Targets: Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly call volumes and sales goals.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelors or Masters degree in any field.

- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
