Job Description
This is an entry level job at Science Driven Performance and an opportunity to step into the role of Business Development Executive (Setter), where your primary responsibility will be to initiate and manage conversations with leads over Instagram and other platforms, qualify them, and schedule strategy calls with our Sales Closers.
In addition to setting calls, you'll also coordinate calls for closers to maximize show ups , follow up with leads, update tracking sheets, and support the sales team with feedback to boost conversions.
THIS IS A FULL-TIME OPPORTUNITY
Salary: 3.6 LPA (1.8LPA Fixed Pay + 1.8LPA Variable)
Work Hours: 8-9 hours/day, 6 days a week
An ideal candidate for this job:
We're looking for a driven and reliable individual who's great at communication (both written and spoken) and genuinely enjoys talking to people. Your main role will be to chat with leads, qualify them, and book them for a strategy call on Google Meet with our sales team.
Note - This is a full-time remote role you can work from anywhere, but must be committed to the hours and responsibilities.
What is your role
-Dedicated 8-9 hours a day, 6 days a week from home with a good internet connection
-Chat with leads via Instagram and book them for strategy calls with our Sales Team
-Follow up with leads consistently and ensure they show up for the call
-Help with backend sales ops like tracking lead status and updating sheets
-Collaborate with the sales team to improve conversions
-Build strong rapport with potential clients using clear and professional communication
-Stick to timelines, meet targets, and keep things organized
