Our team works with brands and agencies to deliver impactful visual content that inspires audiences across the globe. We are now looking for a driven Business Development & Sales Executive to join our growing team and help us expand into international markets.
Role Overview:
As a Business Development & Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities by selling Postboy's creative services to international clients. You will be part of our business development team, actively engaging in lead generation, client outreach, building relationships, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, research, and generate new international business leads.
- Pitch and sell Postboy's services (editing, animation, VFX and others) to global brands, agencies, and production houses.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Collaborate with the creative and production teams to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Manage client communication, proposals, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market insights.
Requirements:
- 12 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing (preferably in media, advertising, or creative industries).
- Strong communication and presentation skills with fluency in English.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close sales in international markets.
- Understanding of creative/production workflows (editing, animation, VFX) is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Excellent organizational and negotiation skills.
