We are now looking for a driven Business Development & Sales Executive to join our growing team and help us expand into international markets.


Role Overview:

As a Business Development & Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities by selling Postboy’s creative services to international clients . You will be part of our business development team, actively engaging in lead generation, client outreach, building relationships, and closing deals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, research, and generate new international business leads.
  • Pitch and sell Postboy’s services (editing, animation, VFX and others) to global brands, agencies, and production houses.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the creative and production teams to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Manage client communication, proposals, negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market insights.


Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing (preferably in media, advertising, or creative industries).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with fluency in English.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close sales in international markets.
  • Understanding of creative/production workflows (editing, animation, VFX) is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Excellent organizational and negotiation skills.
