We are a rapidly expanding recruitment agency specializing in connecting top talent with exciting career opportunities across various industries As we continue to grow we re seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Commission-Based Recruiters This role offers the flexibility to work remotely and the opportunity to earn generous commissions while making a meaningful impact on people s careers Are you passionate about helping individuals find their dream jobs As a Commission-Based Recruiter you ll be responsible for sourcing screening and placing candidates in roles that align with their skills and aspirations This role requires a proactive approach to recruitment excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and clients Key Responsibilities Utilize various sourcing methods including online job boards social media networking events and referrals to identify potential candidates Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates qualifications experience and fit for available positions Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and requirements Facilitate the interview process between candidates and clients providing support and guidance as needed Negotiate offers and facilitate the placement process ensuring a smooth transition for both candidates and clients Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and updates in our Applicant Tracking System ATS Requirements 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proactive approach to sourcing and engaging candidates Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve targets and goals No specific degree required - we value experience and passion for recruitment above all else Benefits Unlimited earning potential with a competitive commission structure Flexible work schedule - work from anywhere with an internet connection Opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and industries Note This is a commission-only position offering flexibility and autonomy in your work Remote work arrangements are available Equal Opportunity EmployerPowered by JazzHR
